With Janet you continue to invoice your customers as normal. If you do not receive payment within the agreed credit terms, login to the Janet members area, input the invoice details and we'll initiate the recovery process. Janet takes a professional, firm and polite approach at all times.

• We will telephone the customer from Your Company Accounts Department to inform them that the invoice is overdue

• We will endeavour to obtain a payment date or reasons why payment is being withheld. This will be reported back to you

• Reminder letters will be sent, under your company name with your contact details

• If any invoices remain unpaid, you can request that a 7 day demand letter is sent from our partner solicitors
